Please note - All of our items are custom made to order. For this reason we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me right away if you receive the wrong item, or there is any problem with your order. If you are unsure of colors, please purchase swatches before placing your order.
Shipping
Production time is 3 to 5 business days. All items are shipped via USPS, with a typical shipping time of 2-4 business days.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
